Indemnity

1. The owner cannot be held responsible for-

Any loss of or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, resident or visitor: heater such damage was caused by fire, theft or otherwise, or by the negligence or wrongful act of anyone employed by the owner or any other person or by the defective functioning of any apparatus or appliance of the owner.
3. Any person who signs the hotel register and who is accompanied or visited by any other person, or who is accompanied or visited later by any other person, safeguard the owner against any responsibility towards any persons in the instances explained in the conditions in paragraphs 1 and 2.

5. The fact that accommodation in this hotel is provided on a cash basis only and that guests, visitors or residents must pay their accounts at the termination of stay or as otherwise arranged.

We confirm that we have been informed of the potential dangers pertaining to unguided walks as well as the possible risks involved, as Bonamanzi is home to the Big 4 which is Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard.

Parents are responsible for their children and are requested to look after and or take care of their minor children. Guided walks can be booked at reception. 

Bonamanzi will not be held liable for any direct, indirect and consequential loss and or damage incurred, and or injury or death to any visitor and his or her minor children should such loss, damage injury or death occur due to visitors recklessness and or negligence and or the non-compliance, of the visitor and or any of his/her minor children to above noted instruction’s.

We do hereby confirm that we will not be able to hold the owner, manager or staff members liable for any direct, indirect and or consequential loss and damage incurred, and or injury or death to yourself and or any of your minor children should such loss, damage, injury, or death occur due to your recklessness and or negligence and or the non- compliance of yourself and or of any of your minor children to the above instructions.

By Visting this Site you agree and confirm that you have been informed of and acquainted yourself with the safety rules and regulations to be followed whilst taking part in this activity as well as the possible risks involved in such activity.
