Lalapanzi Deluxe Chalet
These en-suite Thatched Units are air conditioned, and can be converted from Double to Twin, they have Satellite TV (Open Viewer) and a Bar Fridge which can be stocked if requested. There is a coffee station in the room with 2 Litres of Reverse Osmosis Water supplied daily. We ask that guests do not drink from the taps.
Lalapanzi Combo
The Lalapanzi Combination Rooms are cradled by the Sand Forest and are just a short walk, (on well-lit paved pathways) to the Restaurant and Swimming Pool area. Each Thatched structure has 4 separate air conditioned en-suite bedrooms with their own entrance and veranda. The rooms come with a coffee and tea station and are not fitted with a Bar Fridge.
Tree Lodge
The self-catering Tree Lodge is a wooden structure on stilts, offering three bedrooms interlinked by a boardwalk, the lodge accommodates 6 people. All rooms have either 2 single beds, or can be converted to a King bed, All bedrooms are en-suite and have a small veranda leading off the room. Towels are provided for showering. The rooms are all air conditioned. The lounge, dining, kitchen area are open plan, the lounge leading onto a veranda area overlooking a water hole. There is a shower, toilet and basin in this section. The Kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has its own Reverse Osmosis water filter and we request that guests drink from the filter tap only. Downstairs you have your own private built in braai area. The Lodge has satellite TV, and is private.
Game Lodge
The lodge can accommodate up to 10 guests and
comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which are in the main lodge, while the
remaining 2 bedrooms are accessed from the verandah. There are 3 bedrooms which
contain a double bed each, and 2 which contain 2 single beds each. The bedrooms
and lounge area is air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering
and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and
cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also has its own reverse osmosis water filter
and guests are requested to drink only from the filter tap. The dining area has
seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a
wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a swimming pool and built-in braai facility
outside.
Although there is another lodge, and campsite
located nearby, the lodge itself is very private. Guests are welcome to make
use of the restaurant and facilities at the main reception area, roughly 3 km
away.
Dinizulu Camp
Luxury Private Camp
Dinizulu Lodge is a self-catering lodge located in the Bonamanzi Game Reserve; 5 km from the town of Hluhluwe. Bonamanzi is a privately owned Game Reserve, 4000 hectares in size with the Hluhluwe River forming the Eastern border.
The lodge can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 separate en-suite thatched units, each air-conditioned. The first unit has a double bed, while the other 2 have 2 single beds each. The 3 units have French doors that lead onto the central pool. Bath towels are provided for showering.
The main thatched building features the kitchen and an open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also has its own reverse osmosis water filter and guests are requested to drink only from the filter tap. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite.
The verandah has good seating with a view of the Dinizulu Dam. There is an oval built-in braai area with an ablution building. Firewood may be purchased from the main reception desk, roughly 3 km away.
Nyala Lodge
Nyala Lodge is a self-catering lodge located in the Bonamanzi Game Reserve; 5 km from the town of Hluhluwe. Bonamanzi is a privately owned Game Reserve, 4000 hectares in size with the Hluhluwe River forming the Eastern border.
The house has 9 air-conditioned twin bedrooms and is able to accommodate up to 18 people. The 3 outer bedrooms are en-suite and the other 6 interior bedrooms share 2 showers and 2 toilet facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. Guests are required to bring their own drinking water. There is also a lounge and dining area. Outside it a covered verandah with a large table for dining. There is a built-in braai area in front of the house.
Nyala House is not private as there is another lodge, and campsites located nearby. Guests are welcome to make use of the restaurant and facilities at the main reception area, roughly 2.5 km away. Guests are able to bring their own containers which may be refilled with reverse osmosis water at the bar, at no charge.
Bundu Rustic Camp
The Bundu Rustic Camp is located in the Bonamanzi Game Reserve; 5 km from the town of Hluhluwe. Bonamanzi is a privately owned Game Reserve, 4000 hectares in size with the Hluhluwe River forming the Eastern border.
The Bundu Rustic Camp has 12 twin units and a separate 2 bedroom cottage. In total, the camp can accommodate 28 guests.
The air-conditioned twin units are grouped together in pairs and make use of a shared bathroom facility which is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin; meaning that up to 4 guests per bathroom. Each unit has a verandah.
There is a communal kitchen and a living area which has a guest bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and crockery and cutlery. Drinking water is provided on arrival, but guests are encouraged to bring additional drinking water. The camp faces East, and is very private with a view over False Bay and the iSimangaliso Wetlands.

Rustic Tree Houses
Rustic 2 Sleeper Tree Houses are self-catering units each accommodate 2 adults. The units are built on stilts and are relatively private. Each unit contains either 1 king bed or 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and washbasin. Bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and contains 2-plate stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There are 2 litres of reverse osmosis water provided to these units per day, but guests are encouraged to bring additional drinking water.
Each unit has a braai area, guests can purchase bundles of wood from the reception desk. Being elevated these rustic units give one the advantage of viewing the birds and odd game passing through from the verandah.
Guests are welcome to make use of the restaurant and facilities at the main reception area, roughly 800 m away, via a pathway. Guests are able to bring their own containers which may be refilled with reverse osmosis water at the bar, at no charge. Please do not drink water from the tap.
Rustic Family Tree Houses
The Family Tree Houses are self-catering units which can each accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The units have 2 levels, with the top comprising a double room and a twin room, a lounge and a guest toilet. The lounge area leads out onto a deck.
The bottom level has a small kitchen equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. Guests are required to bring their own drinking water. There is also a guest bathroom on this level which is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Each unit has a built-in braai area and a wooden picnic bench.
Units 12 and 13 are private with units 14 and 15 closer to the access road. Guests are welcome to make use of the restaurant and facilities at the main reception area, roughly 3 km away. Guests are able to bring their own containers which may be refilled with reverse osmosis water at the bar, at no charge.
Camping
Accommodation comprises 24 units, suited to accommodate up to 156 guests. Each campsite can make use of the communal kitchen and ablution facilities or book an Executive site with private ablutions and scullery.
There are 6 communal caravan sites with communal ablutions, as well as 16 executive caravan sites and 2 secluded caravan sites, each with private ablutions.
Each site has its own electricity supply, braai area, and scullery.
